THE FOURTH SISTER/CZWARTA SIOSTRA, 2025
Role: 1AD
The Fourth Sister is a dark tragicomedy set in post-Soviet Moscow, following three sisters who dream of escaping their bleak reality and starting a better life abroad. Inspired by Chekhov’s Three Sisters, the play mixes absurd humor with violence, corruption, and loneliness as the women struggle with poverty, failed relationships, and shattered hopes. Through surreal and chaotic events, Głowacki portrays a society caught between the collapse of the old world and the emptiness of the new one.
